The Edward Gardner House is a historic house in Winchester, Massachusetts. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as being at 89 Cambridge Street, but is currently at Zero Gardner Place.

The house was built in 1764 by F. Patterson Smith in Colonial Revival/Georgian style. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
